Chinese Fried Rice



Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients (for 3-4  servings)
1 cup Basmati rice
1 big onion
10-12 French beans
1 big carrot
1 big capsicum
1 small bunch of spring onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
2  tbls refined oil
1/4 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
1 tsp vinegar

Method
First Boil the rice with one spoon oil and salt.
Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.
Chopped the onion lengthwise, cut all vegetables into small pieces.
Now Heat the oil in a wide pan add onion and saute few min.  add vegetables and cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the rice, salt, pepper powder, vinegar and soya sauce, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chinese Manchurian or chilly paneer.
