Veg Manchau Soup



Veg Manchau Soup

Ingredients (for 4-5 serving )

1/4 cup cabbage finally chopped
1/4 cup French Beans finally chopped
1/4 cup Carrots finally chopped
1/4 cup Capsicum finally chopped
4-5 Mushrooms finely chopped
4-5 Spring Onions finely chopped
2 tbls Coriander Leaves finally chopped
2 green Chillies chopped
2 tsp Garlic grated
2 tsp Ginger grated
2 tsp Black Peppercorns crushed
2 tbls Soya Sauce
4 cups Water
2 tbls Corn Flour mixed with 1 cup water
2 tbls Oil or butter
Salt as per taste
for topping
1 cup Fried noodles

Method (How to make veg mancau soup at home)
Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame till it smokes.
Add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
Add the chopped vegetables cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, carrots and sauté on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the coriander leaves and all other chopped vegetables  and  mix well and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.
Add 4 cup of water, salt, soya sauce, and cook on a high flame for another 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add the corn flour mixture, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 more minutes, while stirring continuously.
Add the crushed pepper and mix well.
Topped with fried noodles and serve hot immediately

BaluShahi



BaluShahi
Ingredients
500 gram maida
200 gram melted ghee
1/2 cup Curds
1/2 tsp soda bicarb
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
ghee for frying
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method (How to make balushahi at home)
Mix maida and soda bi carb and sieve it.  Add cardamom powder.
Now add ghee and melted ghee and mix thoroughly.
Knead soft dough using lukewarm water and keep aside for 30 minutes. Make small lemon size rounds balls.
Press to flatten a bit, and press in the center with thumb to make balushahi shape.
Heat ghee in wok, put some balusahai and fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Invert carefully and fry other side similarly.
Fry all balushahi as method and keep aside.
For sugar syrup add 1 1/2 cup water with 3 cup sugar and boil till it prepare syrup of 1 thread consistency.   
Now put fries balushahi in the syrup and, allow to soak for 5 minutes.
Remove from the syrup and and keep on a plate to drain excess syrup.
Cool it completely, before transferring to air tight container.

Mac Aloo Tikki Burger



Mac Aloo Tikki Burger

Ingredients (for 4 burgers)
2 Large potato Boiled and mashed
1 Cup Boiled Peas
2 slice of Bread
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Salt as per taste
4 Burger buns
2 Tbsp burgers mayonnaise
1 Onion Sliced
1 tomato Sliced
4 slice cheese (optional)
Oil for frying tikki
Method
Grind boiled peas in grinder and mix with mash potato.
Crush bread slice with your hands then add in potatoes mixture.
 Add salt and black pepper and mix all of them together.
Make round and flat balls of this mixture
Heat oil in wok and deep fry them.
Now cut burger bun into half and spread mayonnaise on both the side.
Now put one fried tikki on one side of burger place 1 slice of onion and tomato and 1 cheese slice and close with another slice of bun.
If you want you can grill this burger or you can eat it like that only.
