Churma or Panjeeri For Janmasthami
Ingredients
1 cup Atta (Wheat Flour)
1/2 cup Sooji (Semolina) 
1 cup powdered Sugar
1/2 cup chopped Dry fruits (cashew, almonds, pista)
1 tbls Muskmelon seeds (magaj) optional
2 tbls ghee
Method
Heat a pan and roast magaj seeds till little brown remove from the pan and keep aside.
Now heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan and roast chopped dry fruits till light brown switch off the flame and keep aside.
Now heat remaining ghee in a heavy bottom pan and  put atta and sooji both to the kadai, stirring continuously on low flame for about 10-15 minutes or till the atta colour change to golden brown.
Add dry fruits along with seeds and fry for about 5 -7 minutes more on low flame. Switch of the flame and let it to cool
After cooling down add powdered sugar and mix well.
Churma is ready for Janmashtami prasad.
