Raw Mango Rice



Raw Mango Rice

Ingredients (for 2-3 servings) 
2 cups Cooked rice
1 cup raw mango (grated)
3 Green chillies (slit opened)
1 tbsp ginger  (Grated)
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp Channa dal
1/2 cup Peanuts
3 Dry red chillies
2 pinch Asafoetida powder
8-10 curry leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbls Oil
1 tbls chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Method
Heat oil in pan add peanuts and fry at low flame till brown and crispy and keep aside.
Now put mustard seed in same oil and splutter it then add urad and channa dal, dry red chillies, asafoetida and fry few minutes or till dal turn brown.
Add curry leaves, ginger, green chillies and turmeric powder.
Now add Rice, grated raw mango and salt and mix well.
Fry 2-3 minutes continuously and remove from the heat.
Garnish with raosted peanuts and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
