Sev Puri



Sev Puri

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

10 Flat Pani Puris (crispy)
1 cup Fine Sev
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup Curd
3 tbls Tamarind Chutney
3 tbls
Green Chutney
1/2 cup boiled Potato
(cut in small cubes)
1 tbls Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Red chili
powder
1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder
1 tbls coriander leaves (for garnishing)
salt as per taste

Method  -  How to make sev puri
Arrange half of the puris on a plate make a hole in each puri in the center.
Fill each puri with a few chopped boiled potato cubes.
Fill tamarind and green chutneys in each.
Now add beaten curd on each puri.
Sprinkle cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder.
Sprinkle finely chopped onions.
Then sprinkle sev all over the puris.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander.
One plate sev puri is ready Serve immediately.
Make another plate with the same method. and serve.
