Corn Pulao



Corn Pulao

Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)
2 cup Basmati rice
1 cup sweet corn kernels
2 green chilli
1/2 cup milk
1 tbls mint leaves
2 tbls coriander leaves
2 cup water
1-2 bay leaves
1-2 green cardamom
2 tbls ghee or butter

Ingredients for paste
6 ponds garlics
1 inch peice ginger
1 tsp whole black pepper
1 inch peice cinnomon stick
2-3 cloves
5-6 cashew nuts

Method (How to make corn pulav)

Mix all ingredients of paste and make fine paste using some water and keep aside
Heat oil in a pressure cooker add bay leaves, green cardamom and green chilles and saute few seconds add ground paste and saute for 2 minuts add corn kernels, salt, water  and milk and cook till it start boil.
Add mint leaves and coriander leaves along with rice.
Close the lid and cook 12-15 minuts on medium flame.
Serve hot with onion raita and any gravy.
