Tutti Fruti Cake

Tutti Fruti Cake

Ingredients
1 cup Refind flour (maida)
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 egg
1/2 cup of curd
1/4 cup of butter, softened
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of tutti frutti

Method
Set oven for pre-heating 350 degrees F
Grease an 8" pan with butter and some flour.
Sieve  atleast two times maida,  baking soda and baking powder together in a large bowl and keep aside.
Mix sugar, egg, vanilla essence, buttermilk, and butter.
Mix this mixtures to  the sieved flour.
Now beat this mixture on low speed for 1 minute with electric beater.
Beat on high speed for about 1 minute to add air to the batter.
Pour batter into the greased tin.
Sprinkle the tutti fruti on top evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 mts or till a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Place on a wire rack and let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving.
This tutti frutti came keeps in the refrigerator for 4 days, wrapped tightly in foil or cling wrap.
