Parwal ki Mithai
Ingredients
250 gram Parwal
250 gram Khoya (Mawa)
2 tsp milk powder
10-12 almonds (crushed )
10-12 pistachios (crushed )
200 gram sugar
4-5 green cardamom (powder)
5-6 thread saffron
Silver

Method (How to make
parwal sweet)
Peel and slit the parwal and remove the seed carefully.
Now Boil the water and Put the parwal in the boiling water and cook them for about 2
to 3 minutes.
Remove the parwal from the water and keep aside.
Now heat a heavy bottom wok, roast the khoya and stir continuesly, until it turns
lightly brown in color, add half of the sugar and stir continuesly. Switch off
the gas and keep
it to cool.
Add
cardamom, crushed pistas, milk powder, crushed almonds, and saffron in it and mix it well.
Now fill this mixture into each parwal and
put them in a pan.
Now boil 1/2 cup water and sugar, until
the syrup gets 1 thread consistency.
Now pour this sugar syrup into the parwals
and cook it for about 2 minutes on medium flame and keep it to
cool.
Take out from the syrup and garnish with some pistachios
and silver warq.
Now parwal mithai is ready.
