Corn Pakoda – Bhutte ke pakode
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
2 cup sweet corn kernels
½ cup finely
chopped capsicum
½ cup finely
chopped onion
4 tbsp rice
flour
2 green chilli
½ inch piece of
ginger
1 tbsp coriander
leaves
Salt as per
taste
Oil for frying
Method (How to make corn pakoda)
Coarsely grind
sweet corn kernels with ginger and green chillies.
Add rice flour, finely
chopped capsicum, coriander leaves and salt, mix well and make small patties.
Heat oil in a
deep pan or wok, deep-fry
8 to 10 at a time on a high flame till they turn golden brown in colour from
all the sides.
Serve hot with green chutney and
tomato ketchup.
