Matar Paneer Cutlet
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled and mashed peas
- ½ cup boiled and mashed potato
- ½ cup grated paneer
- 1 tsp green chilli (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup onion (finely chopped)
- 2tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp mustard paste
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt as per taste
Method (How to make
matar paneer cutlets)
- Mix boiled and mashed potato and peas together.
- Add chopped chilli, onion, coriander leaves, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add half of the corn flour and mix well and make small small balls.
- Take one ball and fill 1 tsp grated paneer and cover it and make small round or triangle tikki. Roll over corn flour.
- Heat tawa and put some butter over tawa shallow fry all tikki till light brown from both side.
- Serve hot with green mango chutney or sauce.
