Kashmiri Paneer Tikka Masala
Ingredients (for 4-5 servings)
- 300 gm paneer
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 large onion
- 1-1 small red and green capsicum
- 2 large red tomato
- ¼ cup almonds (soaked and remove skin)
- ¼ cup raisin
- ¼ cup fresh cream
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 whole red chilli
- 2 tbsp ghee or butter
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
For marinate
- 1/2 cup fresh curd
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
