Eggless Pan Cake
Ingredients
1 cup whole
wheat flour (Aata)
1 tbsp sugar
A pinch
of salt
2 tsp
baking powder
1 pinch cinnamon
powder
1 tbsp
butter
1 tbsp
oil
1 cup
milk
½ tsp
vanilla essence
For topping
1 tbsp
butter
2-3 tbsp
honey or any caramel syrup
Method
Sieve the
flour and mix all other ingredients to make batter. Mix well and keep aside for
10 minutes.
Heat a
non stick pan on medium flame. Pour a large ladle full of batter in the center of the pan. Do not spread the batter.
Cook the
pan cake of low flame for half a minute, When the pancake turns a nice golden color
flip it over and cook for half a minute form other side too, and remove from the flame.
Prepare all
pancake from the rest of the batter.
Serve warm,
topped with batter, honey or caramel sauce.
