Ingredients

cup rice

Rice)
1/2
cup
sugar
2
tbsp white seasame
seeds
1
tbsp milk
ghee
– for
deep fry

Clean and wash the rice
and soak for atleast 2 days and change water every day two times.
On
3rd days drain the water and Spread
the
rice on
a cotton cloth and
let them dry in Now grind the rice and keep aside.
Grind the sugar and mix with rice flour add 1 tbls milk and make hard dough and keep it for 24 hours.
After 24 hours mix seasame seeds and make small bolls.
Now heat oil in a deep fry pan now put this boll in the hot ghee and fry light brown on medium flame you can fry 8-10 balls at a time.
Prepare all the anarase ki goli by this method.
After cooling down store in airtight container.
And serve hot or cold anarse ki goli in this festive season.
