Almonds and
banana shake for kids
Ingredients
(2-3 servings)
10-15 almonds soaked and de-skinned
2 large ripe banana (roughly chopped)
2 large ripe banana (roughly chopped)
2 cups Milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sugar
8-10 ice cubes
Method
Combine the almonds,
bananas and ½ cup of milk and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and
frothy.
Add the sugar, remaining
1 cup of milk, and ice-cubes and blend
in a juicer till the mixture is smooth.
Pour into long glasses and
serve immediately.
