Malai Kofta in White Gravy
Ingredients
for Kofta
  • 200 gms paneer
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 6-7 cashew nuts
  • 10 -12 raisins
  • 3-4 small cardamom
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • Oil to fry
For gravy
  • 2 large sized onions
  • 12-15 cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ cup mawa
  • ¼ cup fresh curd
  • ¼ cup cream or malai
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 small cardamom
  • 2 large cardamom
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
Method (How to make restaurant style white gravy malai kofta curry at home)
 
For Kofta
Peel and grate boiled potatoes and paneer, add salt half of the cornflour and knead like dough. Make small lemon size balls.
Cut cashews and raisins finely, add crushed cardamom to it.

Take one ball and stuff with cashew and raisin filling and make nice round balls.
Make all the koftas in the same way.

Heat the oil for frying and roll the koftas in the remaining cornflour and put it in the oil and fry till golden brown from all sides.
To make gravy
Cut the onions into pieces, and boil the onion and cashew nuts together. After cooking and cool down completely make the fine puree.
Heat oil and butter in the pan and add big and small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and fry for some time then add ginger garlic paste and green chilles and fry for few seconds.
Add the onion and cashew paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Mix yogurt, cream, salt, black pepper, sugar and kasoori methi.
Add one cup water, let it boil.
Add the Kofta and switch off the gas.
Close the lid and leave it for a while.
Serve with roti or naan

Appe or South Indian Paniyaram

Ingredients
2 cups Idli batter
1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrot, capsicum, tomatoes, onion)
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
2 tablespoons oil
Method(how to make South Indian paniyaram)
To make Idli batter
Take 1 ½ cup of rice and ½ cup of urad dal, ½ teaspoon fenugreek soak for 6 hours in water, grind it and make a fine paste, cover and keep it for 7-8hrs of the cover, and keep it in the fridge after raising yeast.
To make paniyaram or appe
Mix all the chopped vegetables, green chilies, green coriander and salt paste in to the Idli batter.
Grease the appe pan with the oil.
Fill all the cavity of the pan with batter cover and cook on the slow flame. add oil from the sides and cook for 2-3 minutes and flip and cook from other sides too.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or sauce off the pan.

Oreo Milkshake

Oreo Milkshake

 

Ingredients (for servings)

  • 400 ml milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • 5-6 pieces of ice cubes
  • 10 Oreo Biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • tsp chocolate syrup

Method (How to make Oreo milkshake at home)



Put the Oreo biscuits in a grinder jar and make powder.

Add sugar and milk and mix again till blend everything.


Put ice cubes and half or the ice cream and mix one more time.


Decorate the glass with chocolate syrup and then put Oreo shake.


Garnish with remaining ice cream and crushed biscuits, and serve immediately.

Bread Kulcha - Baked Kulcha

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of refined flour
  • 1 cup milk (warm)
  • 1 ½ tsp instant dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method
Mix sugar in the warm milk and then add yeast and keep it covered for 5 minutes.
Mix the salt and oil in the flour, add yeast milk into the flour and knead the dough for 10 to 12 minutes or till soft.
Grease a large vessel with oil, put kneaded dough and cover it with a wet cloth and place it in a warm place for 1 hour or till Dough will double in size.
Make eight pieces from the dough and roll it little tick kulcha place it in the baking tray. Cover and keep it for half an hour again.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Place the baking tray in the oven, and bake the kulcha for in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Bake all the cakes in such a way.
To serve, put the butter on the pan and fry it till crispy and golden brown from both side serve the pindi chole.

Biscuits Pizza

Biscuits Pizza


Ingredients
  • 1 packet monaco biscuit
  • ¼ cup pizza cheese (grated)
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ½ Capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Pizza Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Chili flake


Method
  • Put the pizza sauce on top of the biscuits, add chopped onion, capsicum, and put the grated cheese on top of it, put olive pieces.
  • Sprinkle some pizza seasoning and chili flake.
  • Heat a pan and put all the biscuits in it, cook 1-2 minutes on low flame, or cook it till cheese melt.
  • Serve and eat immediately.

 Chinese Bhel

Ingredients
  • 200 g noodles
  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • ½ cup carrot finely chopped
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • 1-2 green chilies cut in length
  • 2 teaspoons sezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
 Method(How to make chinese bhel at home)
  • Boil water in large vessel, put salt and one spoon of oil, when the water starts boiling, add the noodles and cook till it becomes soft.
  • Wash the noodles in running water and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in the kadhai and put the noodles in the hot oil, fry the noodles till it gets light golden and crispy, keep it on absorbing paper.
  • Put one teaspoon oil in the kadhai and then put onion and green chilli in a pan, lightly roast it, then put all the vegetables and cook on a high flame for a minute.
  • Take out the vegetables and let it cool down.
  • Crush the noodles .
  • Mix all the sauces and salt in the vegetables, add the noodles and mix it well.
  • Serve and enjoy!
