Coconut Ice cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup tendered coconut water
- 2 cup tender coconut meat
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 1 cup thick coconut milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped milk cream
Method (how to make tender coconut icecream at home)
- Mix tender coconut water and half of the coconut meat and grind to make paste.
- Nicely chopped remaining coconut meat.
- Nicely beat the whipped cream, add coconut milk and tender coconut paste and sit well.
- Add sugar and condensed milk stir nicely until sugar dissolve.
- Add chopped coconut meat and mix well.
- Keep in a freezer for 6-8 hrs.
- Serve after 8 hours and enjoy.
