Paneer And Mix Vegetables Bhurji
Material (for 3-4 servings)
1 Cup Fresh Paneer
(Crumbled or grated)
1
1/2 cups Mixed vegetables finally chopped(carrots,
green capsicum and french beans )
1 large Onion (finally chopped)
1 tbls Ginger (grated)
2-3 large Tomato (finally chopped)
2 Green chilles (slit lengthwise)
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tbls oil
1 tbls coriander leaves (finally chopped)
Salt
as per taste
Method
Heat oil in a wok or pan and add cumin seeds when cumin turn brown add onions and
fry till onions turn golden brown. Add the slit green chillies, grated ginger and tomato.
Saute
and cook till the tomatoes are mashed, add add
mixed vegetables and salt. Close the lid for 5 minut
and cook on low flame till vegetables are soft and cooked.
Now
add all dry masala powders and mix well.
Now add the grated paneer. Mix well saute for 2-3 minutes.
Switch off the heat and add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with
roti or paratha.
