Mac Aloo Tikki Burger
Ingredients
(for
4 burgers)
2 Large potato Boiled
and mashed
1
Cup Boiled Peas
2 slice of Bread
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Salt as per taste
4 Burger
buns
2 Tbsp burgers
mayonnaise
1 Onion Sliced
1 tomato Sliced
4 slice cheese (optional)
Oil for frying

Method
Grind boiled
peas in grinder and
mix with
mash potato.
Crush bread slice with
your hands then add in potatoes mixture.
Add salt and black
pepper and mix all of them together.
Make round and flat
balls of this mixture
Heat oil in wok and deep
fry them.
Now cut burger bun
into
half and spread mayonnaise on both the side.
Now put one fried tikki on
one side
of
burger place
1 slice
of onion and tomato and 1 cheese slice and close with another slice
of bun.
If you want you can grill
this burger or you can eat it like that only.
