Veg Manchau Soup
Ingredients (for 4-5
serving )
1/4
cup cabbage finally chopped
1/4
cup French Beans finally chopped
1/4
cup Carrots finally chopped
1/4
cup Capsicum finally chopped
4-5 Mushrooms finely chopped
4-5 Spring Onions finely chopped
2 tbls Coriander Leaves finally
chopped
2 green Chillies chopped
2 tsp Garlic grated
2 tsp Ginger grated
2 tsp Black Peppercorns crushed
2 tbls Soya
Sauce
4
cups Water
2 tbls Corn Flour mixed with 1 cup water
2 tbls Oil or butter
Salt
as per taste
for topping
1 cup Fried noodles
Method (How to
make veg mancau soup at home)
Heat
the oil in a wok on a high flame till it smokes.
Add
the garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on a high flame for a few
seconds.
Add
the chopped vegetables cabbage,
cauliflower, capsicum, carrots and sauté on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add
the coriander leaves and all other chopped
vegetables and mix well and sauté on a high flame for 1
minute.
Add
4 cup of water, salt, soya sauce, and cook on a
high flame for another 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add
the corn flour mixture, mix
well and cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 more minutes, while stirring
continuously.
Add
the crushed pepper and mix well.
Topped with fried noodles and serve hot immediately
