Ingredients (for 4
people)
- 4 medium sized boiled sweet potato
- 2 tbsp coconut powder
- ½ cup Ghee
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 small cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and pistachios
Method
- Peel and mash sweet potato well.
- Put the ghee in a nonstick pan to heat and put the sweet potato and stir continuously over low flame until it become pink.
- Mix sugar, cardamom powder and coconut powder, stir until it become dry.
- Decorate with chopped almonds and pistachios and served.
