Quick Poha Uttapam
Ingredients
- 1 cup poha
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 cup mixed vegetable (carrot, capsicum, peas, onions, tomatoes)
- 1/2 inch ginger grated
- 1-2 green chillies
- 1/4 cup green coriander
- 1 tsp chili flex
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Oil
Method (How to make instant poha uttapam for breakfast)
- Wash the poha with water, drain water and keep aside.
- Put soaked poha in a mixer jar, add semolina, curd, salt, ginger, green chili and some water and make a smooth batter.
- Transfer in a bowl add half of the vegetables and chopped coriander, chilli flax and mix well, If batter in thick add some water and mix it should be like Idli batter.
- Now heat a non stick pan with oil, and then put a big spoon batter and spread it thick. spread lot of vegetables over it.
- Put oil on all sides and fry until golden and crisp from both sides.
- Serve hot with hot green chutney or tomato sauce
